    As far as the looting goes? Hmmmmm....laws are changing, representation is finally being had and lip service is being ignored. Get in big business pocket and watch it react...lol. In fact, things seem to be progressing along quite nicely, quite nicely indeed!
      The anachronism's in this Country are dying. Better late than never, but they are slipping away just as they should. And Police Depts. may just have to be culpable and respectful to those they serve and give up racist vigalintism?  Super nice, what a concept. Yes....very nice, indeed! Things truly are progressing.
     I guess Cheeto is doing a much better job than I'd previously considered? Must be a secret agenda. 🤭😏😉

Again, I give my disclaimer. I am the product of a different culture.

The violence I see, and the anger I sense puzzle me. It seems people are reveling in anger. Like they wish destruction.

Are those who live today guilty due to what their forefathers did?

I don't see it. I don't understand it. Why not build instead of destroy? Forgive instead of hate?

Do people there want a revolution? It would seem that at least some do. But to what end? A new government? What kind of a government do they want?

I would prefer to see peace...

So here is a slightly more thoughtful response to the highly inflammatory rhetoric spewed forth by our resident wannabe Greek philosopher.

Let's start with some historical facts, shall we?
The "deluded racists" referred to above were of course the Democrats, who in an effort to preserve their "traitorous regime, "subjugated an entire Race of humans and built an empire, (the slave run plantation), on the suffering of others". They fought, died and lost a war, (which killed 700,000 Americans),  to preserve their way of life.
These same Democrats instituted Jim Crow and carried on in modern times to institute a new plantation system with well paid over seers, (well paid federal bureaucrats), and of course the "slaves" who were kept dependant on the "massa" who provides "free" food, shelter and minimal medical care. This New Society welfare system has cost tax payers trillions and yet the poverty rate among certain minorities remains essentially the same. This "New Society" was brought about by Lyndon B. Johnson, Democrat.
The Civil Rights Act, signed by Johnson, was actually pushed through by a Republican majority Congress and Senate. Over heavy opposition by Democrats, including a Senate filibuster by Hilary Clinton's mentor, Senator Robert Byrd, Grand Wizard, KKK. So, enough history....for the now.
Now...in my own personal experience, as the first born child of an un-wed, immigrant mother....quite literally "Born in East LA", it is my humble opinion that E D U C A T I O N is the key to success, (however you might choose to define what success means to you).
Yet...who was the greatest opponent to school choice, the right to send your children to a good school, a school that actually educated your child instead of just "graduating" functional illiterates???...Barrack Hussien Obama, Democrat.
