Staff Blog feature added to the site
« on: January 10, 2021, 10:21:57 AM »
I have been watching this site from the shadows and it appears that all activity has ended. The site is still paid up for about two and a half years so it would be wasteful just to let in set unused. After talking it over with Christine, we have decided on a different path than most sites would take. The Transgender portion will still remain and I will help where needed but I am going to open a staff political blog. For the moment, only staff will be able to create threads however you may ask questions and post in any threads that you find interesting. You may counter information posted on the thread with facts and personal viewpoints but personal attacks are forbidden and will be dealt with. We are adults and as adults, we should exhibit mature behavior in our posting.

In the past, I have posted very few political posts. This is for a couple reasons. As a staff member on Susan's I couldn't allow my posts to be the cause of a fight on the site. Independent of being a staff member, my goal was to help anybody who needed help. I couldn't allow any differences like gender, transgender identity, race, personal viewpoints or politics to have an effect on how my help is received. Because of this, Christine is probably the only one in the transgender community who really understands my political views.  I don't back a particular political party but I am a truth seeker and I believe in the Constitution of the United States. Our political system is a mess and I have over 12 years understanding how it happened. My posting will reflect this knowledge and I will provide information even if it goes against what I personally feel.

Why did we we decide to do this? Prior to the election, all of the major networks were backing and protecting the Democrats while attacking the Republicans. Had the hidden information been available, the outcome of the election would have been a good deal different. The day after the election, there was sufficient proof to know that the Democrats had tampered with the election. Unfortunately the Republicans also share some of the blame as they allowed or participated in the fraud. How much the election would have changed can't be known because much of the evidence has been destroyed. Now Twitter, Google, Face book and Youtube have joined together to silence the conservatives voice. It has reached the point where conservatives can only speak openly on Parler.com. There are multiple possible outcomes from this election so it's not possible to know what the next 4 years hold for us, but one possible outcome could be Civil war to protect the Constitution. That will be one of many subjects I will explore in my posting. Finding this information takes time and involves some cost that you may not want to incur. You may sometimes disagree with the source but that doesn't disprove all the information the source might provide. Knowing this information may better prepare you for the future whatever it may hold.

Initially my posting will start with a history lesson. Understanding the history behind a political party or a person will help you understand why things happened the way they did. Much of this history wasn't taught to me in school and I learned it much latter in life while trying to fully understand the politics of my country. I will start with the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and then follow with several posts on the history of the three political parties (yes, there are three) within our government.

Why is this important to somebody who is transgender? Without a free society transgender medical help could be judged unnecessary and eliminated. If you question this, look at Venezuela where people often don't know where their next meal will be coming from. Venezuela was not so long ago one of the richest nations in South America and now the economy has been totally destroyed. One possible path in our future could take us along the same path that Venezuela has taken. Even if the government provides you the means to transition, you wouldn't want to live in a hell like that.

As always, you don't need to be transgender to join or post on this site. We only ask that you be respectful of others and have a desire to learn. I have much to teach and it's possible I could learn from you as well. I hope that you find this information informative and it helps you make better decisions in your political activity.

I am glad that somebody is reading my posting. I have four posts currently in the works and the progressive party is causing a real problem. I have had three books for a long time about the progressive movement but I need a fourth that was ordered yesterday. It should get here next week and that will solve one problem. The other problem is the origins of the progressive party covers around 80 years so yes, it's going to be one of my very long posts. I find it amazing that people know so little about a political partly that dates to the early 1800's. On the other hand, remaining invisible to the public was by design. It might have been necessary when you understand the history and goals of the progressive party.

What hidden information? And I am not taking about conspiracy theories or things blown out of proportion.

Really? Then why ddi teh county challenges before conservative judges fail?

While there was likely some shade dealing on both sides, the is no CREDIBLE EVIDENCE that anything rose to anywhere near the level needed to change teh election outcome that I know of... That is why the challenge went nowhere.

IMO these types unsubstantiated claims that have been lobbed by the right for years is what is tearing this country apart. I know you  believe them. I know MOSt (but fat rom all) who say these this really do believe them... by with out proof spreading them is harmful...

As the old saying goes, everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, but not their own facts.

All the available , provable, verifiable information available says the election was not affected in any material way by any tampering or fraud. Any other conclusion is an opinion contrary to teh known facts...

And besides that common sense would say if thee was fraud on the left down ballet races would not have got more republican in he house where teh Democrats lost seats and the certainly would have gooey 51 seats in the senate. That is not proof, but it is consistent with there not being widespread fraud by the democrats.

When Trump was elected there was symbolic opposition to his election but no one seriously though it was due to widespread election fraud.

Trump's (lack of) character is why he got defeated... It disgusted too many people...

IMO  to say the election was fraudulently decided is basically demonizing democrats because you disagree with their basic philosophy, as there are no objective FACTS that back that up. There are only opinions  formed on what comes down to prejudice against those who's philosophy one does not agree with and a  willingness to impute criminal behavior because of that.

The other problem is the origins of the progressive party covers around 80 years so . .
Dena, you referring to my Georgia's SLAVE BEHOLDIN' Democrats that was quite prevalent here not that long ago? Am told our local KKK stopped their annual in-town march only 'bout 30 years past!

that I know of...
Ah! The CRUX! Nothing to see here . . been watching which news source?

No Evidence? Facts? Proof? Nobody ever looked, too cowardly afraid of *real violence & threats* to ever "get involved"? Anything based solely on 4 years+ of SHEER HATRED and LIES via omission (SUPPRESSION) is all one needs for one to be put down regardless  . . . Are we just willfully dumb or is the excuse a "recent college education", yer just *smarter* than the rest of us God fearing, workin' class "deplorables"?

Heard Roger Stone's wife (thought he was "gay"?) was recently beat to crap!

Trump's (lack of) character is why he got defeated... It disgusted too many people...
Oh really? TOUGH GUY is disturbing? And now we got "nice, business as usual" Biden? That all these new House lesbians can BOSS around? Dena, sorry, see no "unity" possible or point in talkin' to "delusionals" will try and "chill" and try not to enjoy the next 2-4 year destruction of everyone's otherwise cherished "way-of-life".

I had another one of my headaches over the week end and was attempting to sleep it off. There was a reason for not allowing you to start threads in this area. Political arguments often break out because of misunderstandings so I thought the alternative would be for me to start that would provide enough facts that all would understand the argument and we would have a better base for a discussion. This thread was intended to explain the direction I was taking with the site and why. Conservative voices continue to be silenced and this could be come one of the few refuges for the other side to voice their opinion.

You are stating a common belief that there is no evidence of fraud but not all evidence is a smoking gun. Circumstantial evidence exist and it is acceptable in court of law. There should be physical evidence as well but the problem is building a case could take as much as a year but there was only a little over a month to build a case. I will put up a thread where we can discuss the topic because there is much more that has been covered in the mainstream news. I will not respond to the issue of evidence in this thread as it would be off topic and we wouldn't have a proper base for discussion. I have put up part of the proof in the inauguration protest thread but I will carry it into the new thread and expand upon it.

Circumstantial evidence exist and it is acceptable in court of law.

If it is strong enough and there are no other reasonable explanations , sometimes... For now all I will say is that 60 plus court cases were brought and you know the outcomes.

I repeat everyone is entitled their own opinions but but their own facts...

"Selective facts" never tell the whole story... and are very dangerous in this situation IMO as they tend to be framed to reinforce preconceptions... and that is often the problem  with "circumstantial evidence" too... it is too prone to be viewed through the lense of existing beliefs/preconceptions/prejudices rather then examined objectively... so should always be looked at skeptically

I will take a look at the other thread when i have time... If I reply after i read it,  I hope any disagreement is not seen as silencing.

BTW I had discussion at work recently with a conservative who is ex-military, on his last day (friday) he come to my area to say good bye and that  the political discussion he had with me was best he had with someone who disagreed with his positions.

I originally missed that a part of the post was to me. After this I wonderments add any more to this thread.

No Evidence? Facts? Proof? Nobody ever looked, too cowardly afraid of *real violence & threats* to ever "get involved"?

Lots of people looked hard... and that includes republicans who we in charge of elections  who had voted for him, and came up with nothing substantive.

Education level is not a great indicator of intelligence level in and of itself, and deep knowledge in one arena does not necessarily transfer to others. Anyone is capable of believing what they want to or need to, regardless of the truth.

In terms of lying Trump lied so many times over so many things large and small, some so inconsequential as to to even worth lying about! With that it is hard to believe anything he says! All that is well documented.

IMO enough people saw he was a self centered narcissist, who really had no basic principle and did and said whatever he thought benefited him in some way. He never sees beyond himself IMO.

I think that is why he lost so many women in the suburbs who normally voted republican.

So no, it's not about being tough nor not... It's about having principles or not, being trustworthy or not as well as the policies.

BTW there was a lot of hating on, and lying about, the previous president...

If more people had followed the CDC guidance and had worn masked and socially distanced enough in the beginning (and if the president had not minimize the danger and discourage mask wearing and politicized it) likely a lot fewer people would have died... and things would not be as bad as they are now...

The facts of virology are apolitical... they should never  have become political <sigh>.

Now, until we get to herd immunity through immunization, things are going to be hard.. I have reached an age where many have retired ... I sure as heck am doing all I can to minimize the chance I might get covid-19... if one is unlucky, even if not the severe in an individual, it can do long term damage that affects the quality of life.

It is not something to be taken lightly, even if most recover.
